We were in charge of throwing a party for AdFed MN's The Show 2017.

But we wanted it to be more than that, too.

So we lured people in with midwestern charm and then made them face the truth.

When you have all of the town's best creatives in one room, you start thinking about all the possibilities...
So we put a giant elephant in the room.

AdFed had been talking about gender inequality in the industry for years, so when we suggested taking a stand at their biggest event of the year, they were down.

We had the data to back it up.

And people loved it.
